Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Kocaeli ilinde devlete ait bir ortaöğretim kurumunda görevli 8 kadın öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak görüşme yöntemi kullanılmış olup yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanmış ve katılımcılara uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi tekniğine göre çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda dört tema belirlenmiştir.
